The Song I chose to feature today I chose for two reasons: 
1) The Natural Hurricane Disaster that hit the Southern States and my hometown and has destroyed so much of the landscape, homes, and people.  Yet in the midst of it all I see the photos and read the posts of my little hometown doing like they have always done, lending a hand to someone else, even if they have lost everything.  That's what they do, the love, care, work hard, stand up for what's right, and most of all HELP EACH OTHER.  While my heart is breaking for all of them, I am still wondering about some of my loved ones, did they survive, how many heartbreaks to come.  

It has not only been the people in Barnardsville, Weaverville, MarsHill, Marshall, Pensacola, Fletcher, and all the surrounding towns that have attempted to help each other, it is the also these guys (see below), the first responders, the different police, the mounted packers and riders that are delivering aid.

The United Cajun Navy is a non-profit search and rescue that have already saved lives during this disaster in the mountains of the Carolinas.  Please take a moment to acknowledge them on your FB / Social Media pages.  Their devotion is amazing.
