TUCKER WESTMORE announcement of his highly anticipated debut eight-song project Waves on a Sunset dropping Friday, Oct. 4. The skyrocketing country artist will release a new track, "Silverado Blue," this Friday, Sept. 13, 

BIRDIE NICHOLS (17 yrs old) has released a song as a tribute to 9-11.   "Desert Lilies Blooming" is the teen's seventh single release--others were "Blue Lightning Ambush," "Hell's Canyon," "Gunslinger," "No Cattle Kind Of Cowboy," "The Dutchman's Mine," and "Tough as Diamonds," all which embrace the rich, cultural heritage of her upbringing in Arizona. Her growing catalog demonstrates her authentic sound and denotes a girl of a musical maturity beyond her years and a focused sense of direction--to go West.   For those of you (like me that are younger), ahem, the Boxtops might not be on your radar, but in the 60's they were jumping. 6PAK is an all ladies band, they broke up but regrouped to come together for a Fundraiser and their song "Spirit In The Sky" was "smashing".  I hope they continue on their musical journey, but if not, this is one for the record books.  

  One Like You?   Where You Been All My Life? KELAN BROWNE HAS RELEASED A NEW SONG - ONE LIKE YOU His take on Josh Turner's song.   Kelan is known for his dynamic performances, and is having success with the newer generation of Country Music Fans in the US and further.  He is quite popular with the new generations in Ireland and the UK.   Kelan landed a role in Robert Mizzell's theatre show, The Nashville Songbook and gained popularity as he travelled through England, Wales as part of Legends of American Country Music.   His voice has a Keith Urban/Josh Turner mixed sound, I liked the song and the lyrics. AWARD-WINNING VOCALIST SHEMEKIA COPELAND RELEASED A NEW ALBUM,  BLAME IT ON EVE , ON AUGUST 30, 2024 Lyric Video For New Song,  Tough Mother "Her Voice Is Strong And Soulful, Her Message Comes From The Heart" —Mavis Staples FROM MY PERSPECTIVE - I loved the rhythm of this song, and the voice is very warm, it promotes that bluesy vibe, but with a clear and compelling  overtone.  For me, TOUGH MOTHER, is a definite keeper!  Expect to hear this on my shows.
